1. NBK(+N)
after cold forming, eventually above phase transition point, in a protective atmosphere of annealing oxidation medium
2. GBK(+A)
after cold forming, annealing in non oxidizing medium protective gas
3. BK(+C)
the final heat treatment after cold forming, therefore small steel pipe plastic, the plastic degree does not guarantee
4. BKW(+LC)
after final heat treatment, a tiny cold drawing deformation, continue again when machining steel pipe allowed inside certain limits cold deformation(bending, flaring)
5. BKS(+SR)
have a stress relief after cold forming, heat treatment, steel pipe can be carried out within a certain limit in the appropriate processing again

Product Description
1. Size:
We can produce
(1) OD 10-120mm cold drawn
(2) OD 15-80mm finish rolled
And WT 1-12mm seamless steel pipes for the customers
2. Length: Generally, 3-11.8m for per pipe, we also also can provide OEM service for the customers to shortern the length.
3. Tolerance:
(1) For cold drawn pipe, we can control it within OD/Thickness +/-0.1mm(min).
(2) For finish rolled pipe, we can control it within OD/Thickness +/-0.025mm(min).
4. Material:
carbon steel, Chinese standard material, 10#, 20#, 35#, 45#, Q235
