Description
This AISI 4130 (30CrMo) chromoly alloy heavy-wall drilling pipe is engineered for extreme geothermal well drilling. Its superior tensile strength, torsional resistance, and fatigue durability withstand high-temperature environments (200-400°C), corrosive brines, and abrasive formations.
The heavy-wall design ensures exceptional pressure integrity and compression resistance in extended-reach drilling. The chromium-molybdenum composition provides excellent resistance to H₂S corrosion and thermal cycling stresses.
Precision-manufactured through seamless extrusion and heat treatment, each pipe undergoes rigorous testing to international standards.
